Customer Data and deliverables for custom projects remain the property of the client, subject to the terms of individual agreements.

Both parties will maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information exchanged in the course of service provision. We will not use or disclose your confidential information except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.

Disclaimers & Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the Services in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia, excluding conflict of law rules. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
